Welcome to Scriven Wellness Company. To ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all my clients, I have established the following terms of service. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to adhere to these terms:

1. Age Requirement: All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services at Scriven Wellness Company. We do not provide services to anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.
2. Respectful Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to offensive language, gestures, or actions, will not be tolerated. Scriven Wellness Company reserves the right to terminate any session immediately if a client exhibits disrespectful or inappropriate conduct, without a refund.
3. Payment: All services must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of your session. We accept cash, zelle, credit, and debit cards. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice), the full cost of the service will be charged.
​4. Hygiene: Clients are required to arrive clean and showered prior to their appointment. This is to ensure the comfort and safety of both the client and the therapist. If a client arrives in an unclean state, Scriven Wellness Company reserves the right to refuse service without a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full amount of the scheduled service.
6. Health and Safety: If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please disclose them to me before your session begins. I may require a doctor's note for certain conditions to ensure your safety during treatment.
